Pain in Patella Tendon and Inflammation - #46366

Hi , I am feeling pain in my patella tendon, In Xray everything is good, so i have ligament injury patella tendonitis not able to downstairs but able to walk normally . From last 3 month facing pain and inflamation. I also took physiotheraphy session for the same.

- Climbing stairs

Hello,
Please take the following  and also meet a physiotherapist for appropriate exercises.
1. Mustaadi marma kashayam 20ml----0-----20ml by adding 80 ml of boiled warm water one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner for 90 days
2. Lakshaadi guggulu 2—0----2 with medicine no.1 for 90 days.
3. Sallaki Plus 2----0—2 after breakfast and after dinner for 4 weeks.
4. Nagaradi churnam to be mixed with dhanyamla; the warm paste is appled to the affected knee;let it dry; then wash with hotwater For 10 days
5. Murivenna for external application after 10 days of use of no.4(to be applied luke warm.
