Dealing with Neck Pain and Spondylosis After Retirement - #46448

I am 66 years old male. I have recently retired from Job which involved long hours on Computer with Forehead bent forward. I developed mild pain on right side of neck about 15 months back which I ignored . However with time my pain became discomforting for 24 x 7. I was suggested physiotherapy which I am doing since the past 2 months. MRI done with C4-C5-C6 C-Spine building diagnosed Advanced Spondolysis. I am not sure the exercises I am doing are correct or not.

Hello, Please learn the physiotherapy exercises from a physiotherapist before starting and please continue everyday; it will be of great help. The following ayurveda medicines will also help to manage the symptoms+ to arrest the progress: 1. CERVILON SOFE GEL CAPSULES(AVN) 2----0------2 after breakfast and dinner for 90 days 2. Rasnasapthakam kashayam 10ml + 3. Prasaranyadi kashayam 10ml + 4. Yogaraja Guggulu DS(avn) 1—0—1 80 ML of boiled cooled water one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner FOR 90 DAYS. 5. Murivenna to be made warm and apllied to the neck, upper back, both the shoulders one hour before shower.
