Hi..I am28 years old girl fromMumbai..from past 5 years am experiencing severe back hip groin and thigh pain..after yearsIfound it is right side si joint pain goingto thighs groin pelvic thighs..lotsof crackingand popping in joints..walking and standingmore createsmorepain..joined personal physiotherapy but still no relief..doing some homeremediesfor vatta balance..what shouldi do please help..allthese ledto insomnia and anxiety also

Hello,
Please visit an ayurveda doctor near your place who has panchakarma treatment facility. A course of ayurveda external treatment along with internal ayurveda medicines will help you a lot.
Ayurveda medicines:
1. Sahacharadi kashayam 15ml—0—15ml by adding 45ml of boiled cooled water one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner
2. Yogaraaj Guggulu DS(avn) 1—0–1 with medicine no 1
3. Rasnairandadi kashayam 15ml----0----15ml one hour after breakfast and one hour after dinner by adding 30ml of boiled cooled water.
4. Lumbaton plus softgel capsules 2—0–2 with medicine no. 3
All the 4 medicines for 120 days.
