Concerns About Daily Capsule Intake for Spondylitis - #46650

🙏Since last few weeks I have severe spondylitis.. no neck mobility and constant pain. Tried some exercises , oil massage but no relief. Now the pain is unbearable. It is old age degeneration as I am 85. Xray shows fusion of bones. Today the Ayurveda Doctor has given Rumawin capsules andPanion plus capsules to be taken 2----0---2 each. I am a bit wary about taking both capsules daily.
