Managing Migraines, Digestive Issues, and Knee Pain After Miscarriage - #46760

I am 35 years old I get migraines sometimes with palpitations sometimes it feels like my right eyebrow is being hit with a whiplash, sudden painful. I feel it's stress and lot of screen time as my job requires use of computers continuously. Mygut has been too bad too, bloating and trapped gas, but it's better since I started using ginger, cardamom fennel phakki, I had severe constipation and stool came with blood, a pinch of herbal medicine helped a lot. . But worst of all is my early stage osteoarthritis. I get knee pain since my Miscarriage. I was an obese teen, walked and worked out to loose weight. Even did fad diets.. 2018 to 2022, I worked out 6 days a week. I was my strongest. Then got married, stress, 2 miscarriages and then divorce. I have not been regular with workouts too. I have been jobless and suicidal during Last two years. Got job life is much better.but I want to reverse my knee condition
