Understanding My MRI Results for Back Pain - #46851
Hi I have had a mri for my back and I have got my report says I have a FINDINGS For counting purposes, there is sacralisation of L5.l Alignment is well mantained. Normal vertebral heights. The spinal canal remains capacious. Normal signal of the distal spinal cord with the conus terminating at L1-2 level. Bone haemangioma within L2 vertebral body. No sinister bone marrow signal. Axial images: L3-4: Minor disc desiccation. Mild bilateral facet arthropathy. No neural compromise. L4-5: Disc desiccation and broad-based posterior disc bulge with tiny marginal osteophytes. Mild bilateral facet arthropathy. No neural compromise. L5-S1: No disc herniation or neural compromise.
