Non-Surgical Treatment Options for Scaphoid Fracture - #46957

Is there any way to treat scaphoid fracture. I had it 3 months ago when I fell down but unfortunately it could not appear on x-ray so now doctors are saying I need to do is screw surgery for the fixation of a scaphoid bone. I genuinely want to know if there is any way to treat it without any surgery.If there are not then I will definitely do surgery!
