Which is the best oil to releive spasms in lower back as well as for knee joint pain? Lower back spasm due to faulty sleeping posture .pain in knee joint due to osteoarthritis in old age. Should the oil also be heated? How to apply?

For better management follow proper treatment protocol. Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap Lumbagest 1-0-1 Cap.Stresscom 1-0-1 Tab Sallaki 1-0-1 Sallaki liniment for local application. Follow up after 2 weeks.
