Greetings I veFibromyalgia and I m experiencing cold especiallyin my legs with weakness and lower back pain andmuscles stiffness and pain .Fatigue after one move.mucus behind my throat and coughing at night and morning .I got antibiotics but return.Cold and coughing are mymajor concern because it s daily uncomfortable. For cold and cough issue u can start with Talisadhi churna half teaspoon after food with honey internally twice a day Dashamoolakatutrayadhi kashayam 20 ml twice a day after food Haridra khanda 1 tsp twice a day with milk For fibromyalgia issue we need other set of medicine and treatment so let us first clear the cold issue and after that come and consult us for the same Thank you
