Can I perform Basti at home for my osteoarthritis? - #47446

I have osteoarthritis and suffers acute knee pain for both legs in morning. I have been to naturaphy , Panchkarma, got releieved but it's back Question - can I do Basti at home woth Ksheerbala oil ? I was diagnosed with Vata dosha. Eill it be helpful , what should be frequency ? Thank you.
