Advice on Himalaya Abana Tablets for High LDL Cholesterol - #47669

Namaste, I have been diagnosed with high LDL cholestrol. Please advice if I can take Himalaya Abana tablets. I am a female 52 years old and Premenopausal. No other health conditions. I am overweight 73 kg and height 157 cm. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. But weight is not reducing. Please find below my lipid profile. Total cholestrol 7.8. Triglycerides 0.6 HDL 1.7 LDL 5.8 Serum cholesterol/HDL ratio: 4.6 Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

Yes you may take Tab.Abana 2-0-2 Regular exercise. Use boiled water for drinking. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Follow up after 12 weeks.

Thanks Doctor.
My blood pressure is normally 120/80 but sometimes in the range of 115 / 70. I get tiredness and sight swaying sideways sometimes while walking. Doctor gave tablets for Vitamin B12 deficiency and it is improving.
Also, I get slight pains in the head once in a while.
Hope taking Abana as per recommend dosage is ok. Please reply
