Doctors' responses

After 8 days Kashaya Vasti + ongoing Thaila Vasti, mild pain can come. Coffee and popcorn increase Vata, so today’s pain is expected. What it means Back pain + right front thigh pain = temporary nerve irritation Not a failure of treatment What to do today Continue today’s Thaila Vasti Take warm, soft food only No coffee, popcorn, dry snacks Rest, avoid sitting long or travel Apply warm oil to back and legs When to worry Severe pain not settling New numbness or weakness Bladder or bowel problem

This is temporary due to food and movement. Strict diet + continue Vasti will settle pain.
