Doctors' responses

L2–L4 nerve compression + disc bulge → pain and strange sensations are common during Vasti treatment Coffee + popcorn can aggravate Vata, so mild pain today is expected What today’s symptoms mean Mild left thigh & back pain = nerve irritation while healing Right foot vibration = nerve awakening, not dangerous Pain coming and going = good sign, not worsening What to do now Avoid coffee, popcorn, dry & cold food Take warm, light meals only Rest today, avoid travel & strain Continue Vasti course as planned Komiyam during Kashaya vasti is correct management When to worry Go back to doctor if Severe increasing pain New numbness or weakness Loss of bladder/bowel control

This is a temporary reaction, not failure of treatment Continue treatment + strict food discipline
