First and most important Ayurvedic reality check Ayurveda does not support sudden or dramatic increase in penis thickness using oils alone 
Thickness is influenced by -Shukra dhatu quality- quality of reproductive tissue -Mamsa dhatu nourishment- muscle tissue nourishment -Blood circulation (Rakta pravaha) -Vata balance

Oils like sanda oil or guava oil are often market myths and not classical Ayurvedic medicines

No classical Ayurvedic text recommends sanda oil ingestion or guarantees girth increase 
Topical use may improve skin texture and circulation, not structural enlargement

What actually works (gradually)

Internal medications(most important) Penis thickness improvement if possible, comes from inside not oils.

1. Ashwagandha churna= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime = improves tissue strength & testosterone balance

For sandal wood and guava- Traditionally claimed to improve hardness No authentic Ayurvedic text recommends it High risk of skin allergy ❌ Not recommended And guava- No Ayurvedic or medical reference for penis enlargement ❌ Not recommended

The Truth You Need to Know

No oil out there (not Sanda oil, not guava oil) is going to give you permanent size gains, period. Those claims are usually just: * Marketing hype * Myths * Temporary swelling that doesn’t last

They don’t change anything for real.

Why the Thin Worry?

Often, it comes from: * Too much masturbation * Worrying and comparing yourself to others * Low confidence * Weak erections (not a size deal) * Bad blood flow

A lot of the time, it’s about having a strong erection, not actual size.

Ayurvedic Idea

Think of it as: * Weak reproductive health * Not enough blood getting where it needs to go. * Less firmness

So, it’s not about making things bigger, but about: * Getting the blood flowing * Improving erections * Boosting stamina

No oil, cream, pill or herbal product (including Sanda oil or guava oil) can permanently increase penis thickness or girth.

Sanda oil contains animal fat or unlisted chemicals, has high risk of skin irritation, infection or allergic reaction. Never use it.

Guava oil / leaf extract has zero scientific evidence for penile enlargement. Any growth claims are marketing myths or temporary swelling from irritation.

What Actually Works is Kegel exercises – strongest natural way to improve erection quality, hardness & perceived thickness (better blood flow + stronger pelvic floor). Do 50–100 reps × 3 times daily (hold 5–10 sec each). Lose body fat (if BMI >25) – reduces fat pad at pubic base and makes penis looks longer & thicker.

Healthy lifestyle – quit smoking, limit alcohol, sleep 7–8 h, reduce stress ,it improves blood flow & erectile strength. Weight training (squats, deadlifts) – increases testosterone mildly for better erections & confidence.

First it’s important to understand a basic truth penis size especially thickness is largely determined by genetics blood flow and tissue structure there is no oil herb or massage that can permanently increase thickness in a healthy adult man any claim promising permanent enlargement through oil is not supported by medical or ayurvedic science

Now about sanda oil and guava oil Sanda oil is an animal fat product often sold with exaggerated claims there is no scientific evidence that it increases penis thickness long term many samples in the market are adulterated and it can cause skin irritation allergic reactions folliculitis and even long term sensitivity issues Ayurveda does not recommend animal fat application on genital tissue Guava oil is also not an ayurvedic classical medicine for penile enlargement at best oils can temporarily increase blood circulation giving a short lived feeling of fullness but that is not real tissue growth

From an ayurvedic and medical perspective what actually matters for penile health is Good blood circulation Healthy testosterone levels Strong pelvic muscles Overall metabolic and mental health

If someone feels their penis is thin or weak most of the time it is due to poor erection quality not actual size problem anxiety stress excess masturbation poor sleep smoking lack of exercise or weak pelvic floor
