Persistent Ankle Pain After Plaster Removal - #48613

had may 3 week plaster due to ankle liganent tear but after 5 weeks also i got sever pain and inclamation inside and outside my ankle and theee are nerves which i can see peominantly swell when i walk . i put lep of ama haldi, saindha namak,maida lakadiand Gangdi powder but i am feeling a sudden pain in ankle Is this treatment right ?as i am unable to walk after my treatment removal, wk din chalti hu phir 5 din rest
