Namasty I belong to pakistan.im sidra .I have joint pain issues for four years.also I have disc bulge issue.im using lakshadi guggul.maximum tablet of how much gram I should used in a day specifically in extremities.

Lakshadi Guggulu – safe dose 1 tablet (250 mg) × 2 times daily After meals with warm water or milk Maximum dose 3 tablets per day (total 750 mg) Do not exceed this without doctor advice For better effect (joint + disc pain) Gentle daily stretching Warm oil massage (sesame or Mahanarayana oil) Avoid cold exposure and very dry food
