Blisters Between Toes: Seeking Treatment - #48822

Hi! I have a problem with my thumb and index finger om my foot.Between those two fingers it seems to be causing blisters and i wear orthopedis shoes. What is the treatmanet for that? Thank you

In Ayurveda, this would generally fall under “Kshudra Vrana” (small wounds or skin lesions) or “Padadusti” (foot skin disorders) depending on the exact symptoms.
1. Topical (local) treatment Jatyadi Taila – apply a thin layer on the affected area twice daily after washing and drying your foot. ( you can mix with a pinch of turmeric for extra antiseptic effect.)
2. Oral medicines - Triphala Churna – 1 g at night with warm water - Guduchi Satva – 500 mg twice daily after meals
3. Supportive care Keep feet clean and dry Wear soft cotton socks and well-fitting shoes Avoid popping blisters
