Persistent Lower Back and Spinal Pain with Fatigue - #48931

I have lower back pain and verbral column pain.. from approx 2 year. And also feel weak... When i sit for 3- 4 year, then pain became more.. what should i do? Also Don't feel too much enegetic, feel very tired..
