Hello doctor. I feel very tired and weak alsi suffering from lower back and verbral column pain from approx 2-,3 year. When i sat for apprix 3 -4 hr the pain became worsen

C/O: • Chronic low back & vertebral pain × 2–3 yrs (↑ on prolonged sitting) • Fatigue, weakness • Digestive disturbance • Sedentary lifestyle Prakriti/Vikriti: Vata ↑, Agnimandya, Asthi–Majja kshaya Rx - Yograj Guggulu Tab 250 mg – 1 tab BD, after meals, with warm water - Ashwagandha tab 250 mg, with warm milk - Triphala Churna 3 g HS, with warm water - Dashmool Kwath 20 ml BD, after food (or Dashmool Cap 1 BD if kwath unavailable) - Mahanarayan Taila L/A to lower back & spine OD - Pathya: Warm, light diet; avoid prolonged sitting; gentle stretching/walk daily - Follow-up: 2 weeks

Hello, 1. As you have sedentary lifestyle try at least doing one hour of yogasana every day/at-least stretches for 20 minutes a day. 2. If you have any recent blood report which shows levels of Vit.D3, Vit.B12 and also CBC with ESR, thyroid profile please do share. 3. Please see to it that, you do not have any history of long standing stress issue;if so please start practicing pranayama and meditation, daily. 4. Check your hydration levels(drink 2 liters of water a day). 5. Do not skip meals. 6. I hope your sleep is sound and deep. 7. You have mentioned digesive issues;this requires more explanation.
