Joint Pain in Fingers - #49101

I have pain in my left hand ring finger and right hand middle finger joints, please suggest remedy / treatment. Pain is from last 15 days or so. It pains while bending the respective fingers.

- Moderate

Have you noticed any swelling or redness in the affected areas?:

- Yes, mild swelling

Do you have any history of joint issues or arthritis?:

- Yes, but not diagnosed

Hv u done these investigations?
- X-ray or ultrasound of fingers
- ESR, CRP, Rheumatoid factor, anti-CCP
If yes then kindly share the parameters.
Untill then
Avoid tight gripping, heavy lifting, or repetitive finger movements
Take breaks if you type or use a phone a lot
If swelling is present → Cold pack
10–15 minutes, 2–3×/day
If stiffness dominates → Warm compress
Especially in the morning
