Muscle Weakness and Pain on Left Side After Fall - #49118

I had slipped and fallen many years back during the time when I was taking a kashayam for sinus problems. The pain was on my left hip and left hand. After some years it spread to left shoulder and neck and head. Now I feel a muscular weakness on my entire left side. Two times oil massage was done but the pain returned. What should I do. Is taking Rasna saptakam good for this.

Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Ashwagandharishta 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water Tab Rumalaya fort 1-0-1 Cap Gufispon 1-0-1 Follow up after 2 weeks.
