Namaste sir/mam 🙏 Mujhe sciatic nerve pe pain start hua tha 2025 ke june ke end mein aur jis din hua tha us din toh mai bed se uth bhi nahi paya tha kuch din tak wahi haal tha , fir kuch dawaiyan leli thi maine aur pain killer tha , jo temporary tha ilaaz pura nahi hua fir kisi ayurvedic wale ke paas bhi gaya tha usse bhi kuch khaas sudhar nahi hua lekin dheere dheere mai chalne toh laga thoda bhautkaam bhi shuru ho gya Lekin november se mai thoda jyada activity kar pata tha lekin fir bhi woh dard pura nahi thik hua hai abhi tak. Jab mai brush karne ke liye kamar jhukata hu wash basin ki or 1-2minute hote hi mere dono pairo mein sunnn hone lgta hai jaise nas dab rahi ho jyda hi . Pls btaiye mujhe kya karna hoga ... Age (21)hai abhi thik ho jata jaldi toh aaghe ka bhavisya bhi thik hota hai aaj kuch kaam krne mein confidence nahi rheta hai jaisa pehle tha . Aur ha mujhe IBS jaisa bhi problem hai thoda ab pta nahiye mere galat khaan paan se hua hai thoda bich mein stressful life thi isliye.. khana acche se nahi pachta jiske wajahse bahut gas , bloating hota hai .

Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab STOP-IBS 1-0-1 Cap.Brahmi 1-0-1 Tab.Parijat 2-0-2 Use boiled water for drinking. Follow up after 2 weeks.
