Congenital fusion is not reversible, but pain, stiffness, bowel symptoms and fatigue can be improved with Ayurvedic care. Supportive management: • Dashamoola kashayam – 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water before food BD before food • Yogaraja guggulu tablet – 1tablet BD with kasayam • Dadimashtaka churna – I tsp after food along with buttermilk at lunch • Guduchi satva choorna -1tsp with milk before bed • Ksheerabala taila (external) – neck & body massage Advice: Warm, light diet; avoid cold, raw, irregular meals. Gentle neck movements.
