In case of low calcium, cervical spondylitis , go towards these first - Diet Calcium: milk, yogurt, cheese, leafy greens, almonds, tofu Vitamin D: sunlight 15–20 min/day, eggs, fish Avoid: excessive caffeine, soft drinks 2. Posture & Habits Keep books/laptop at eye level Take 5-min stretch breaks every 30–40 min Sleep with proper pillow; avoid heavy shoulder bags 3. Simple Exercises (daily) Neck tilts & rotations: 5–10 reps Shoulder blade squeezes: 10–15 reps Chin tucks: 10 reps 4. Natural Pain Relief Warm compress 10–15 min Gentle massage Turmeric milk for inflammation Tip: Consistency is key—small daily changes help reduce pain and improve neck strength. - along with ayurveda treatment for better results -Internal Medicines (Tablet Form) 1)Ashwagandha Tablets – 1 tablet (250mg)twice daily after meals (morning & evening) with warm milk or water Purpose: Strengthens muscles, reduces neck stiffness 2)Shatavari churn 3gm at night after dinner with warm milk Purpose: Supports bone health and calcium absorption -External Care Warm Oil Massage: Use Ksheerabala or Mahanarayan oil Warm the oil slightly and gently massage neck, shoulders, and upper back 10–15 minutes daily Follow with hot fomentation (warm towel) for 5–10 minutes -Follow-up Reassess in 4 weeks for pain relief and calcium levels Continue medicines for 6–8 weeks
