What can i do for osteoarthritis and bone spurs? I have bone on bone in some joints with inflammation, swelling and pain. I work out and stay as active as possible.

Daily oil massage with: Mahanarayan oil or Dhanwantharam oil Massage gently and apply warm fomentation (hot water bag) after massage. Warm food Milk, ghee, sesame seeds, almonds Drumstick, leafy greens Avoid Cold food, refrigerated food Excess sour & junk food Dry foods (like excess bakery, fried items)

Yogaraj Guggulu 2 tabs BD after food With warm water For pain, stiffness, inflammation -Cap. Shallaki 400 mg 1 cap BD after food Anti-inflammatory, helps swelling -Tab. Mahayograj Guggulu 2 tabs HS (night) With warm water For chronic joint degeneration -Asthi-Poshak Capsule / Praval Pishti compound 1 cap BD after food Supports bone tissue -Rasna Saptak Kwath 20 ml BD before food Dilute with equal warm water For Sandhigata Vata 2. External Treatment -Mahanarayana Taila / Sahacharadi Taila Gentle oil massage over affected joints Once daily, followed by mild hot fomentation 3.
