History of sacrococcygeal hyperlordosis, interfacet arthrosis L6-S1, discopathy, osteochondrosis, posterior protrusions L4-L5 & L5-S1, Tarlov cyst sacrum. -Ayurvedic Diagnosis: Vataja Kati Shoola (Vata-type lower back pain), Asthi Majja Kshaya (degeneration of bone and marrow), Sandhi Shoola (joint pain). -Treatment Plan (OPD style): Internal Medications: 1)Ashwagandha Churna – 3g, twice daily with warm milk 2)Yogaraja Guggulu – 2 tablets, twice daily after meals 3)Bala Taila Capsules – 1 capsule, twice daily with warm water (Purpose: strengthen bones & muscles, pacify Vata, reduce inflammation) -External Therapies: Abhyanga (oil massage) with Mahanarayan Oil – daily 15–20 min Swedana (steam therapy) – 10–15 min after massage, 3–4 times/week -Lifestyle & Diet: Avoid heavy lifting and sudden movements Use firm mattress, maintain good posture Warm, nourishing foods; include ghee, milk, soft cooked vegetables Gentle daily yoga: Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana (as tolerated) -Follow-up: Every 2 weeks
