Bachon mein kabhi-kabhi naabhi ke aas-paas ki skin ya andar ke tissues thode sensitive hote hain. -Naabhi ke aas-paas laalima, sujan, gath, ya ras ka nikalna Lagataar ya bhari dard Bukhar, vomiting, ya weight loss Agar ye symptoms hote hain, toh turant consult kre. -Agar aap chahen toh pediatrician ya pediatric gastroenterologist/dermatologist ko dikhakar confirm kar sakte hain. Kabhi-kabhi mild nerve/skin sensitivity bhi ho sakti hai jo harmless hoti hai. - phlhl ye start kre- *Halki chhuna: Pehle kapde ke upar, fir dheere-dheere direct skin, daily 1-2 min k liye start Krna h *Short massage: 10–20 sec circular motion, pehle kapde ke upar. *Warm towel: Kabhi discomfort ho toh 20–30 sec warm towel. *Zabardasti mat karein: Bachcha jab ready ho tab touch practice. *Fun body games: Dance, jump, skipping — body ko positive signal mile.
