Master of Surgery in Ayurveda

Do NOT stop oxycodone suddenly. Gradually stop
Ashwagandha powder
1 teaspoon with warm milk twice daily
Shallaki tablet
1 tablet twice daily after food
Yograj Guggulu
1 tablet twice daily after food
Oil Massage
Apply Mahanarayan oil on painful joints daily
Use warm water or hot towel after massage
Diet
Warm food
Ginger, turmeric, garlic
Small amount ghee
Avoid cold, fried, junk food
