I am female aged 65 yrs. For past six months experiencing stiffness forefeet under muscles. What ayurveda medicines can help. No sugar, bp or thyroid. Localised muscle stiffness. Why it comes. at nightwhile at rest seems to bemore prominent. Suggest medicine.
