I am female age 55 yrs. Nosugar, bp or thyroid. I am experiencing stiffness in the forefeet under muscles, in a localised area . At night it becomesmore while lying down to sleep. I am having this for past 6 Months. How to treat this with ayurvedic internal medine . What imbalance in dosha has made this. Whatwill be the reason for this.
