Concerns about Knee Cartilage Treatment Options - #50435

I havr knee cartilage problem. One doctor advised knee replacement & other dr told never operate as only one cartilage is damaged, whereas other 4 cartilages are intact, so with some medicationsu can b alright, but long standing & walking causes pain. Someone advised kala Gond , but still wanted to check how safe & how long should I take

Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise under guidance of Physiotherapist. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap Stresscom 1-0-1 Cap.Artilon 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
