How to treat spinal stenosis in a 75-year-old male with numbness in both feet? - #52886

I am75 year male. I am having spinal stenosis since 7 months. Which is best medicine for me. I have numbness in both feet. It is less when sitting or lying but walking increases numbness I am not diabetic and BP is normal Currently started Taking Gandha Tailam capsules, orthovit tablet an Sainvadi oil capsules.from today onwards Is it OK?
