According to Ayurveda, your symptoms are mainly due to aggravated Vata dosha. This causes dryness, stiffness, joint pain, and heel pain (like Vatakantaka). Your low digestion (Agni) is also weak, leading to toxin buildup (Ama), which increases pain and fatigue.
