डॉक्टरों की प्रतिक्रियाएं

Namaste Umair,I would need to know more about your specific symptoms and health history. Could you provide information on how long you have been experiencing pain, whether you’ve had any imaging tests (like X-rays or MRIs) to confirm the diagnosis, and if you’ve tried any treatments, including medications, physical therapy, or surgeries? Additionally, could you share details about your diet, activity level, and if you experience any other symptoms like joint stiffness or difficulty in walking?

AVN of the hip, I feel your pain and concern. It’s not an easy thing to deal with, I totally get it. In Ayurveda, we look at addressing the root cause, rather than just treating symptoms. With AVN, since we’re talking about blood supply issues to the bone, we gotta think about how can we support your overall bone health and circulation, right?

Firstly, focus on diet. Bone health is connected to Vata dosha (which is the energy of movement and space), so eating foods that balance Vata can be helpful. Think warm, nourishing, and grounding meals. Make sure you’re getting plenty of healthy fats like ghee, sesame oil… even coconut oil if that’s what you prefer. Foods rich in calcium, like milk, almonds, sesame seeds, and green leafy vegetables might also support your tissue vitality.

Herbs could be your allies too. Ashwagandha is often recommended rebuilding tissues while Guduchi may improve immunity and help with detoxifying your system a bit. But, seriously, you should check with an Ayurvedic practitioner for these, as everyone’s needs are different.

Another thing is, certain Ayurvedic treatments like Abhyanga with medicated oils can improve blood flow and nourish tissues. Doing this regularly, especially using oils such as Mahanarayan or Dhanwantharam thailam, could provide pain relief and might just give your hip joint some much needed support.

Don’t forget, your daily routine matters! Regular gentle movements and exercises, like yoga or Tai Chi, help keep blood circulation moving without putting too much strain on the hip. Pranayama, which involves deep breathing exercises, can calm your mind and energize your body.

Still, it’s crucial to stay in the loop with your healthcare provider for conventional treatments; these can complement Ayurveda. In some cases, surgery could be required if progression happens rapidly, so close monitoring is important. Remember, self-care is a long journey, so be patient with yourself. Take care of yourself, OK?
