For your sun allergy, hair fall, high blood pressure, and cervical pain, here’s an Ayurvedic approach:

Sun Allergy: Use Neem and Manjistha for detox and skin soothing. Apply Aloe Vera or Sandalwood paste for itching. Wear protective clothing and avoid peak sun hours. Hair Fall: Massage scalp with Bhringraj or Amla oil. Take Amla and Ashwagandha for hair strength and stress reduction. Blood Pressure: Use Arjuna and Ashwagandha for BP control. Practice pranayama (breathing exercises) and eat potassium-rich foods. Cervical Pain and Migraine: Apply Mahanarayan oil for muscle relief and take Ginger and Turmeric for inflammation. Gentle yoga can help with pain. For personalized guidance, consult an Ayurvedic doctor to tailor treatments to your needs and continue prescribed medications.

Sounds really uncomfortable with those symptoms, let’s try to untangle things a bit! Your sun allergy and itching could be likned to your Pitta dosha being out of whack. Pitta, governs heat in the body and can flare with exposure to the sun. That’s possibly leading to redness and swelling on your skin. The hair fall and uncontrolled BP might also tie in, since stress and heat can influence all these areas.

First things first, cooling things down internally could help. Try incorporating more Pitta-pacifying foods into your diet. Think about cucumbers, melons, spices like coriander and mint. Avoid spicy, oily stuff they can aggravate Pitta. Drink plenty of water, maybe with some fresh aloe vera juice— helps cool the system.

For the itching, a paste of sandalwood powder mixed with little rose water can be applied to the effected areas; it’ll provide some cooling relief. You could also try a neem oil massage for calming the skin. Do gentle massages, don’t rub too harsh.

When it comes to your nail-biting blood pressure, try some regular deep breathing exercises. Pranayama—like Sheetali, which cools— might help regulate both anxiety and BP. Try to do it each morning on an empty stomach.

If hair fall is rampant try Amla (Indian gooseberry) in your diet or as a hair oil, it strengthens the roots. Also, massage with coconut oil is cooling and nourishing.

Don’t underestimate rest, pitta folks need to destress, so make downtime for yourself—maybe yoga or short evening walks?

Remember though, if these measures aren’t enough, or you get any sudden severe symptoms, seeking professional help is wise. Better safe, ok? Please take care!
