Hello Mr Wazeer, Do you also feel dizziness, palpitations, or sweating? Does fatigue worsen after eating or stress? Any sleep issues, anxiety, or digestion problems? Do you consume caffeine, alcohol, or processed foods often? Any history of low BP or anemia? These will help assess the cause.

You can follow this protocol and see the effect - For relief, take Arjuna Ksheer Pak , boil 1 tsp Arjuna powder in 4 cups milk and reduce to one cup. (one cup daily) to strengthen the heart and calm palpitations. Take this on empty stomach in the morning. Use Saraswatarishta (2 tsp with water twice daily after meals) for anxiety and nervous system balance. Reduce tea intake gradually, replacing it with Jeera-Dhania-Saunf (Cumin-Coriander-Fennel) tea to cool Pitta. Practice deep breathing (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari Pranayama) to ease heaviness and palpitations. Avoid spicy, oily foods and eat meals on time. If symptoms persist, consider Panchakarma therapies like Shirodhara or Abhyanga. Let me know if dizziness, sweating, or pain worsens.

Namaste Wazeer Ji, Before proceeding with Ayurvedic recommendations, may I ask what your hemoglobin levels are? Low hemoglobin (anemia) can cause fatigue, breathlessness, and chest heaviness even if your cardiac tests are normal. If you haven’t checked it recently, I recommend doing so. In Ayurveda, your symptoms suggest a Vata-Pitta imbalance, which can weaken Prana Vata (life energy), reduce oxygen circulation, and trigger anxiety-related palpitations. • Arjuna kwatha -Take 1 spoon in 300 mL of water and 100 mL of milk boil upto 1/4 th I.e until it remains 100 mL and then take on empty stomach twice daily • Ashwagandha Capsules – Reduce fatigue & calm the nervous system. Take 1 capsule twice daily. • Brahmi Ghrita (Medicated Ghee) – Helps control anxiety and irregular heart sensations. Take ½ tsp with warm milk at bedtime. • If hemoglobin is low: Take Dates, Fig, and Pomegranate juice regularly. • Anulom Vilom & Bhramari Pranayama (10 min daily) – Improves lung function & reduces anxiety. • Slow walking after meals to prevent heaviness. • Avoid bathing with very cold water, as it may trigger sudden breathlessness. Use lukewarm water. • Drink warm water infused with honey & lemon in the morning for heart health. • Increase iron-rich foods (dates, figs, spinach) to improve oxygen levels. • Avoid caffeine, excess salt, and heavy oily foods that may increase Vata-Pitta imbalance. • Press Heart Acupressure Point (center of the palm) for 1 minute, daily With these natural Ayurvedic remedies and lifestyle adjustments, you will regain energy, reduce anxiety, and feel healthier. Please let me know your hemoglobin levels so I can guide you better! Best Regards, Dr. M. Sushma (Ayurvedic Consultant)
