I am really confused about something. I’ve been trying to gain some weight — I know it sounds strange, but I've always been on the thinner side and I feel like I need more energy. I eat snacks and meals throughout the day, but I think I need some help. Last week, my friend mentioned that drinking juices could be beneficial. Now I'm wondering: which juice is best for weight gain? I tried a few different ones like banana smoothie and mango juice, but I'm not sure if they’re actually helping. Sometimes I feel like I'm just drinking sugar, you know? I read somewhere that juices can have lots of calories, but which juice is best for weight gain in a healthy way? I want to make sure I'm doing it right and not just loading up on empty carbs! Any recommendations or ideas? Maybe some recipes to try? Thanks!
