Doctors’ responses

Hello there, Internal piles (hemorrhoids) can cause burning, discomfort, and rectal uneasiness, especially if the anal region is irritated or if digestion is weak. Do you experience mucus in stool, itching, or bleeding? Have you tried stool softeners or fiber supplements? To reduce burning and strengthen veins—— , take Arshoghni Vati (1 tablet twice daily) and Syp Abhayarishta (2 tsp with warm water after meals) for smooth bowel movements. Apply Jatyadi Taila or Pilex ointment externally for relief. Sitz baths with Triphala Kwath can reduce irritation. Since your stool is loose, focus on digestive health—avoid cold, fermented foods, and eat warm, fiber-rich meals. If symptoms persist, Kshar Sutra therapy from an Ayurvedic doctor may be needed. Let me know if there's rectal bleeding or persistent discomfort for further guidance.

In Ayurveda, piles are known as Arsha, which translates to “enemy” in the body, symbolizing the distress they cause to the individual. The root cause of piles in Ayurveda is primarily an imbalance of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Medications - 1.Triphala Guggulu- 2 tab bd 2.Arshoghan vati-2 tab bd 3.Avipatikar churna -2gm with lukewarm water 4.Herbo pilo care cream for local application in a day twice daily 5.Sitz bath with 1/2 tsp of tankan bhasam in lukewarm water twice in a day daily Diet plan- If you eat more fibre, you can avoid constipation. Increase Bulk/ fibre in food, try bananas, milk, grapes, or radish Which mildly work as laxatives If you have a lot of trouble going to the bathroom, take 1 teaspoon of Triphala before bed. Take more buttermilk and warm water Add horse gram to your diet Cucumbers, radishes, and greens in a raw salad are good. Take a sitz bath with warm water or ayurveda decoctions like Triphala or dashamoola Eat papaya, apple, grapes, figs, and bananas as part of your diet. Ayurvedic most effective treatment for piles is: Kshara sutra or Kshara lepa- Ayurvedic medicine called Kshara is mostly made of the alkaline parts of a plant. Kshara has many uses, but clinical tests and scientific research have shown that it works well to treat hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas in the ovaries, and pilonidal sinus. An Ayurvedicsurgeon will put kshara paste on hemorrhoid or tie the kshara sutra to the base of the hemorrhoid. This stops the bleeding, stops the blood from flowing through the veins, and thins the blood. It also kills the tissue in the veins that are bleeding, so the pile mass goes away slowly and doesn’t come back as often.
