Doctors’ responses

Since your mother has a history of high blood pressure, it is likely the primary cause of her stroke. The first step should be to manage her blood pressure effectively. Additionally, I recommend visiting the nearest Panchakarma center for specialized therapies such as **Shirodhara, Shiropichu,** and **Abhyanga therapy** to support her recovery. If visiting a Panchakarma center is not feasible, you can try the following home remedies: 1. **Baladi oil** – Administer **2 drops** in each nostril. 2. **Mahanarayan tail** – Use for a full-body massage, especially on the forehead. 3. **Triphala + Arjuna powder** – Take **½ teaspoon** with lukewarm water. 4. **Mukta Vati** – **1 tablet, twice daily (1 BD).** These remedies can provide significant benefits, but for optimal results, I strongly recommend to visit nearby panchkarma center. Let me know if you need further guidance!

For your mother’s stroke recovery, Ayurvedic treatment focuses on nerve regeneration, improving circulation, and restoring mobility. Since she has high blood pressure, she needs a balanced approach Ashwagandha + Brahmi – function (1 tsp powder with warm milk at night). Dashamoola kwath - 1 tsp with 400 mL water boil until it remains 100 mL strain and drink twice daily in empty stomach . Kshirabala Taila (Oil) – For full-body massage, especially right arm If nearby panchakarma centres are aviliable, get it done
