Hello Based on your symptoms your problems may be due poor hygiene or batcterial or fungal infection Here I am suggesting some medication for it Yoni Prakshalana: Vaginal wash with Triphala decoction (lukewarm) or neem water to reduce infection. Chandrprabha vati 1 tab twice a day Arogya vardhini vati 1 tab twice a day Diet: Avoid sugar, dairy, fermented foods (if you’re prone to yeast). Warm, digestible food with cumin, fennel, and turmeric helps. Hydration and gut health are key — include buttermilk with roasted cumin post-lunch. Also: Avoid sexual intercourse until the discharge subsides completely. Practice genital hygiene but avoid over-washing or harsh soaps.
