Hello
Based on your symptoms your problems may be due poor hygiene or batcterial or fungal infection
Here I am suggesting some medication for it
Yoni Prakshalana: Vaginal wash with Triphala decoction (lukewarm) or neem water to reduce infection.
Chandrprabha vati 1 tab twice a day
Arogya vardhini vati 1 tab twice a day
Diet:
Avoid sugar, dairy, fermented foods (if you’re prone to yeast).
Warm, digestible food with cumin, fennel, and turmeric helps.
Hydration and gut health are key — include buttermilk with roasted cumin post-lunch.
Also:
Avoid sexual intercourse until the discharge subsides completely.
Practice genital hygiene but avoid over-washing or harsh soaps.

It sounds like you're dealing with quite a persistent issue here. Based on the description of your symptoms, there's some imbalance in the body that is causing this recurrent infection. In Ayurveda, such infections can often be linked to imbalances in the doshas, particularly an excess of Pitta or Kapha, which can lead to accumulation of Ama (toxins) in the body.
To address this issue holistically, let's start with dietary adjustments. First, avoid food that increase Pitta, like spicy, oily, and overly sour foods. Instead, focus on a cooling diet that includes fresh fruits, vegetables, especially those high in fiber to promote good digestive health. Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins, but try avoid drinks that are overly-hot or caffeinated.
Herbal remedies might also be of benefit. Tulsi (holy basil) can be very helpful for managing infections due to its natural antibacterial properties. Tulsi tea can be consumed regularly. Triphala, a blend of three fruits, is excellent for maintaining digestive health and ensures regular bowel movements, helping cleansing the body naturally.
Since you're experiencing changes in discharge especially after intercourse, it's crucial to ensure proper genital hygiene. Wash the area with a mild, natural cleanser. You might consider an Ayurvedic formulation containing sandalwood or neem, know for their antiseptic properties, for external wash. However, avoid chemical-based products which may worsen the irritation.
Managing stress is another area to consider, as stress can exacerbate Pitta imbalances. Practices like yoga and meditation can support mental and physical wellbeing, helping you maintain equilibrium.
Consistency is key, so implement these changes gradually and sustain them over time. If symptoms persist or worsen, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner in person for more tailored interventions. However, don't overlook conventional treatments if needed, especially if there's an active infection.
