It sounds like you're dealing with a range of issues that may be interconnected, including constipation, recurring Helicobacter pylori infections, and ulcers both in your stomach and on your tongue. Given your diabetic condition, it's important to approach these symptoms carefully. Your digestive issues, such as constipation and H. pylori infections, suggest a potential imbalance in your digestive fire, or agni. Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of balancing this agni for overall health. Consider incorporating a few dietary and lifestyle changes to help strengthen your digestive system. First, try to include more fiber-rich foods like whole grains, vegetables, and fruits in your diet but remember to check their sugar content, considering your diabetes. Stay hydrated by drinking warm water throughout the day, which aids digestion and combats constipation. Next, for the ulcers, it might be beneficial to apply a natural remedy like coconut oil or aloe vera gel to soothe the area. These are known for their soothing and healing properties. Additionally, consuming a mixture of honey with a pinch of turmeric can help, as turmeric has anti-inflammatory and healing qualities. You may take this twice a day but adjust based on your glucose levels. To support your digestive health, consider taking a teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water before bed. Triphala is a revered herbal formula in Ayurveda for its ability to balance all three doshas and promote regular bowel movements. Avoid spicy, fried, and excessively hot foods, as they can aggravate the ulcers and your overall gastric health. Instead, opt for simpler, more alkaline-based meals that are easy to digest. Additionally, try to manage your stress levels, as stress can worsen digestive issues and ulcers. Practices like meditation, gentle yoga, or even simple deep-breathing exercises can have a significant positive effect on your overall wellbeing. Given the chronic nature of the condition, it's advisable to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner or your primary healthcare provider for a more personalized approach, especially considering your diabetes and current medication. If the ulcers or any other symptoms worsen or cause significant discomfort, seeking prompt medical attention is crucial.
