I am really curious about this patanjali amla juice thing. Had a friend recommend it, but I’ve never tried any juice for health purposes before, y'know? Last week, I started feeling super sluggish and my digestion has been kinda off. I went to the doctors, and they suggested some lifestyle changes, like eating better and staying active, but they also mentioned something about antioxidants. That’s when my friend said, “Why not drink some patanjali amla juice? It’s good for your health.” I looked it up and saw that it's supposed to be great for immunity and all that. But is patanjali amla juice good for real? How does it help with digestion or energy? Like, does the quality really matter? I don’t wanna get something that’s not effective. Been doing my research but it’s overwhelming with all the mixed opinions, and I just want to feel better. Should I go ahead and get this patanjali amla juice, or is it just hype? Any advice would be super helpful!
