Its a hormonal imbalance issue so for now you can take M2Tone syrup 15 ml before food morning and night with warm water and try to take milk and desi ghee or pure ghee during the 10 days before after and periods time Eat healthy food hydrate well sleep well try to include soyabean in your food atleast twice a week

Normal menstrual cycle 21 se 35 din ke beech hoti hai. Agar aapka period kabhi 6 din pehle (maan lijiye 22 din par) aur kabhi 6 din baad (maan lijiye 34 din par) aata hai, to yeh abhi bhi normal range me hi hai, lekin agar ye har baar itna difference le raha hai, to ise slightly irregular cycle kaha ja sakta hai.
iske liye kuch medicine aapko bta raha hu vo le aap
1.chandrprabha vati 1 tab twice a day
2.shatavari powder 1/2 tsf with leukworm water
kabhi kabhi kale clots aana normal hai

No there is nothing to worry about if bleeding is 4-5 days earlier or later this is normal for most of females
And black clots are due to oxidation of blood that was in uterus ..so nothing to worry about this but still if you have heavy menstrual bleed or dysmenorrhoea..then it may concern ..periods are 5 days early or late it may be due to vitiation of your Aapan vayu..if u feel some issues like bloating or constipation u can tell me
You can take these medicines for a month for changing any abnormalities in your menstrual cycle
1. Chandraprabha vati (dhootpapeshwar)- 2 tab twice a day 1 hour after meal
2. Dasmoolarista (20 ml)+ ashokarista (20ml) to be mixed with half glass warm water
To be taken 1 hour after meal twice a day
3.pushyanug churna- 3 gram to be taken twice a day 1 hour after food
You can follow this for a month ..then we can plan further accordingly

Agar aapke periods kabhi 6 din pehle aur kabhi 6 din baad aate hain, toh iska matlab hai ki aapki cycle thodi irregular hai, lekin mild variation ke case mein yeh normal bhi ho sakta hai — stress, diet, ya hormonal imbalance ke kaaran.
Aapko apni cycle 3 mahine tak track karni chahiye. Agar difference har baar 7 din se zyada ho raha ho, ya period 21 din se pehle ya 35 din ke baad aa raha ho, tab ise irregular mana jata hai.

Agar aapka period kabhi 6 din pehle aata hai ya 6 din baad, toh haan, yeh thoda irregular ho sakta hai, lekin thoda variation har mahine hona common bhi hai. Period cycle generaly 21-35 din ke beech hoti hai, aur 6 din ka farky itna unusual nahi. Lekin agar yeh baar-baar ho raha hai, ya aapko aur koi symptoms jaise extreme pain, fatigue, ya excessive bleeding hai, toh zaroori hai ki aap kisi specialist se milen.
Kale clots kabhi-kabhi period ke waqt normal ho sakte hain. Clots tab bante hain jab blood thoda zyada gadh hai ya uterus mein thehr jata hai. Lekin agar yeh clots bade hain, ya aapko pain ke saath saath are symptoms jaise heavy bleeding hota hai, toh yeh kisi aur problem ki sign bhi hosakti hai, jaise fibroids ya hormonal imbalance.
Ab baat karte hain Ayurveda ki, toh cyclical irregularities aur clotting dono ko vata dosha imbalance se joda ja sakta hai. Vata ko balance karne ke liye aapko apne lifestyle aur diet pe focus karna hoga. Akele uthpan kesravaliyain jaise regular sleep schedule, hydrating adequately, aur light exercise karna bahut important hai.
Apne diet mein kuch warm, cooked aur easily digestible foods shamil kariye jaise soups, stews, aur khichadi. Foods that are oily and heavy in nature can help balance vata. Sookha aur kaatne wala khana thoda avoid karna better hai. Importantly, spices like ginger and cinnamon warmer foods hain jo digestion improve karne mein madad kar sakte hain.
