To address the complex issue of balancing body heat, sweat production, and improving endometrial thickness and receptivity, a holistic Ayurvedic approach can be considered, aiming to harmonize internal balance and alleviate your symptoms. First, considering the rise in body heat and skin dryness, balance the aggravation of Pitta dosha, which might be overheating your system. Cooling foods and herbs can help with this. For the diet, focus on Pitta-pacifying foods: sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes should be prioritized. Include more fresh fruits and vegetables like cucumber, watermelon, celery, and green leafy veggies. Additionally, spices like coriander, fennel, and turmeric can cool the body naturally. Also avoid overly spicy, fried or acidic foods as they may increase heat. For improving sweating and managing body heat, Hibiscus tea and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) can be beneficial. They’re known to support hydration and cool the body. Try to consume them as herbal teas once a day. As for endometrial thickness and receptivity, the herbs Ashwagandha and Lodhra may prove helpful. Ashwagandha can bolster the body’s overall health, while Lodhra has properties that may support the reproductive system. You might consider engaging in daily Abhyanga (self-massage with oil) using cooling oils like coconut or sandalwood, which absorbs into your skin and optimize nourishment. It's key to emphasize a keen lifestyle balance. Keep your stress levels in check with yoga and pranayama (breathing exercises like Sheetali, which specifically cools the body). Gentle exercise such as walking can maintain optimal circulation; however, take care to avoid strenuous activity under the sun or heat. Lastly, ensure that a licensed Ayurvedic practitioner closely guides your regimen and consults on your unique constitution. This holistic plan can support your IVF journey while maintaining overall wellness.
