I am really struggling lately with digestion issues and heard about this thing called vyoshadi vati. So, I've been dealing with constant bloating and discomfort after almost every meal, no matter if it's light or heavy food. I tried some over-the-counter meds, but they just don’t seem to help! My friend mentioned using vyoshadi vati to balance my doshas, but I’m honestly kinda confused. How does vyoshadi vati work, and what should I expect if I try it? Also, is there a specific way to take it?? I really hope this can help because I'm feeling really tired and frustrated with my gut health!
