I am looking for some advice because I've been dealing with this ongoing fatigue and digestive issues for a while now. A friend mentioned that draksharishta uses could really help, but I'm honestly pretty lost on what it is. I've been feeling heavy and sluggish after meals, and just tired all the time, ugh. I've tried a few things but nothing seems to work, and I'm not sure if I should be looking into draksharishta uses for my condition, or if it's even safe. Has anyone else tried it for energy or digestion? I really need help figuring this out. Thanks!
