I am really confused about something that’s been going on with my health lately. So, I’ve been having these weird digestive issues, like bloating, and even some irregularities in my appetite. A friend mentioned pathyadi kadha because it helped her with similar problems, and I thought why not give it a shot? But, I've read mixed reviews online and idk if it's safe to try on my own. I actually found a recipe for it, but should I adjust the ingredients or dosages? Also, how long does it usually take to see any effects from pathyadi kadha? I’m kind of eager to feel better but don’t wanna mess anything up. Any thoughts?
