I am dealing with some pretty annoying digestive issues lately. So, I came across this herbal remedy, amruthotharam kashayam, and I'm really curious about its uses! I've read that it's supposed to help with digestion, but I'm not sure how effective it actually is. I’ve been feeling bloated like all the time, and my regular doctor suggested some dietary changes, but nothing's worked yet. Anyone out there who’s tried amruthotharam kashayam uses?
