Doctors’ responses

Paralysis, particularly when accompanied by bedsores, requires a careful, multifaceted approach that's both immediate and long-term in scope. First, bedsores indicate that your skin’s healing is compromised and needs priority attention. Please consult a conventional medical professional who can provide immediate care to prevent further deterioration. In terms of Ayurvedic treatment, Ekangveer Ras, Ras Raj Ras, and Yogendra Ras are traditionally utilized in managing paralysis and neurological disorders, but they should be consumed under the direct supervision of an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner. It's important to recognize that these formulations can be potent and may interact with other medications or have contraindications based on your specific health conditions. Advice from a qualified practitioner would take into account your unique prakriti and vikriti (imbalance). For paralysis, dietary modifications can also help. A diet that is warm, nourishing and easy to digest is recommended. Incorporating fresh ginger, garlic, and turmeric which are known for their anti-inflammatory and healing properties might help. Avoid cold, dry and processed foods that could aggravate vata dosha, which is often implicated in paralysis. For bedsores, ensuring frequent position changes to relieve pressure from vulnerable areas, maintaining hygiene and proper moisture levels are key. Continue using Jatyadi oil after proper cleansing with sterile water, but remember effectiveness also varies on how diligently caring actions are performed and others might need to be explored, under guidance. Before starting the mentioned medicines, discuss your entire illness context with an Ayurvedic physician, specially as other more immediate treatments might be necessary for bedsores. Your condition's complexity requires personalized care, do not delay conventional medical counsel along with exploring complementary protocols.
