Frozen shoulder, yaani ki 'adhesive capsulitis', ek aisi sthiti hai jismein shoulder joint ke aas-paas jo capsule hoti hai, woh sukad jaati hai aur tight ho jaati hai, jisse movement mein dikkat hoti hai aur dard hota hai. Aapko dard 5 mahine se ho raha hai aur aap jo exercises diya gaya hai usse kar rahe hai, yeh acchi baat hai kyunki exercises se mobility mein sudhar hone ka sambhavna hoti hai. Ayurveda ke drishti se dekhein to yeh condition vaat dosha ka klesh hai, jissey joint and muscular stiffness badhti hai. Aap apne dard ko theek karne ke liye kuch aur cheezein try kar sakte hain: 1. **Abhyanga (massage)**: Warm sesame oil le kar anguli se dhire dhire affected area par massage kren. Yeh vaat ko shaant karne mein madad karta hai. Massage ko subah me snan se pehle lagbhag 15-20 minutes tak karein aur phir garam paani se snan karein. 2. **Swedana (steam therapy)**: Garam paani ki steam lene se joint ko relax hone mein madad mil sakta hai. Garam towel ko affected area par lagayein ya phir steam bath le sakte hain. 3. **Herbal paste**: Ashwagandha aur Bala jise herbs ache maane jate hai vaat shamak ke roop mein, inka lep bhi aap lagakar potha (bandage) laga sakte hain. 4. **Dietary changes**: Zyada se zyada garam taseer wali cheezein apne diet mein shamil karein jaise ki ginger, ajwain, hing aur turmeric. Processed foods aur thandi cheezein avoid karein. Exercises continue rakhein, kyonki yeh long-term mein madad karega. Yeh condition generally time leti hai aur kabhi kabhi 1-1.5 saal tak lag sakta hai puri tarah se theek hone mein. Lekin yeh zaroori hai ki aap apne doctor se consultation regular rakhte hue unke direction mein chalein. Agar aapko koi naya symptoms dikhe, to turant doctor se salah lein.
